Guest qippie Posted June 22, 2010 Report Posted June 22, 2010 (edited) I flashed the first version of 2.2 released here on Modaco. android 2.2 version FR50 However, i chose to include the radioimage in the flash ( version 32.36.00.28u_4.06.00.12_7) , and ive been having connection problems ever since. Is there any way of manually downgrading the radio? and if there is, can anyone provide me with a link to the previous version of the radio. Thank you Edited June 22, 2010 by qippie

Flash Paul's r18, WITH the FroYo radio. Go thru the setup process to insure that the radio works and you can send and receive data, make calls, etc. 3. Restore your phone with the Nandroid backup you took in step 1, which should NOT include the radio.img file (I think... Paul or someone else, please confirm..?) 4. Optionally, you could reflash your original ROM (the one you backed up in step 1, above) WITHOUT the radio, and you should be ok. Just a thought; but it might work... make sure you do a full wipe of all cache's and such before you flash any ROM to the phone.

I just did a full wipe and a reinstall of Paul`s r18 with the froyo radio. gonna test it out for a week. If this also fails i will try the original rom. Thank you for the help sofar.
