changing from german to english

my omnia lite is on german. csc showing ATO wich means austria. i dont speak german so i would like to translate it to english. i would be very gratefull if someone will be kind enough to tell me how to do that. i'm new to win mobile, so sorry in advance if im aking stupid questions
