Bypass Sense UI

Hy every body

I have a htc model with sense UI

after installing android mate every time t press the home button it shows a selection were i can chose the application i want

in here it shows also the generic Android home screen

is there a way to call this screen using an button on the screen ?

like calling android mate ?
