Seesmic and excessive data use

Hi guys,

Just a bit of a heads up, I recently updated seesmic to the latest version on my Desire. I just noticed really bad battery life - down from 100% to 35% in 8 hours.

I checked '3G Watchdog' for data use - 150MB today and I've not used any data apps. Turns out Seesmic has been pummelling my data connection. Rebooted the phone, seesmic used another 5MB in about 15 minutes.

Not sure if it is just me but I though I better post my findings incase I'm not alone. There could be some expensive data bills this month!!
