Long story short, i've purchased 15 credits to unlock my desire. I've downloaded the client, logged in, typed the imei, and surprise:

Phone Model: HTC ; N/A

Ive contacted them by mail, they responsed asking me what phone and on what operator is locked, replied them that is a Desire locked on Vodafone Romania and they answer after a couple of hours and 2 more mails sent by me i got a reply:

"The code for Vodafone RO is wrong from the HTC Database.

I will refund the money.

The only way to unlock this phone is by USB cable."

Passed 8 hours,no refound yet, no code, and no answer from htccode

Also getting this for orange uk hero:

whenever I try to send imei, no response from trying to "contact us" either, anyone had any luck with this?
