phone number format

guys, I just flashed my 7610 to officical JC2 rom. After that, the phone number is automatically inserted with separator when calls incoming.

eg. 12345678901 display as "1 (234) 567-8901".

It also happens when I dail number out. Please help to know where I can change display phone number format back. It never happened when I used IK2 rom. My language & regional setting is ENGLISH (united states).
