Blank start menu after flashing

Hi, today I was trying to cook a rom for the first time, I tried with the build 23618 (italian 0410), using the wozzer's kitchen; eveerything's allright at cooking and flashing, but when I start up the phone and try to open the start menu, the only thing that's inside is the today icon, there aren't all the icons usually in the start menu. where I did wrong?
