Theoretically it should be possible I'd say, as the built in camera software can pick up on the front cam, but the software is not there.

I'd say it is only possible by digging deep, maybe it would need an update to the radio firmware even, H.324m support needs a stack on a low level anyway.

So the answer is, this phone will probably never see the video calling standard used.

Fring can do video calling on the Pulse right now, but there are two problems:

1) There is no programmed support for the front cam

2) The Pulse's CPU is too slow for any decent framerate

If the front cam is somehow using a standardized Android entry point there is some hope for point 1 to be taken care of somewhere in the future. Thing is, there are no other phones with this CPU AND a front camera, so the Fring devs will probably ignore the very small group of Pulse users.
