thanks again.

Here is the bat file I used.

========================

adb reboot bootloader

fastboot -i 0x0502 flash boot liquide-boot-998.img

fastboot -i 0x0502 reboot

No luck.

Always stopped at the booting screen -- acer logo with small androids.

Damn :D So it looks, that it works only on the Vachounay...Any idea what changes were made there?

Also using 1.100.15 with phhusson MOD...great rom and really dont want Vahouchay

EDIT: New ROM appers - [Rom] Acer Liquid-E Mod v1.5 [06/27/2010] - it´s using Vachounay framework, its also mod over 1.100.15? Any chance that OC kernel will be functional there?

If not a big problem, could you add a chance to 1.100.05 with Vacounay_1.0.1. ? Just for curiosity.

For me it works perfectly at 921MHz.

So.. Yes, There is the problem, Vacounay_1.0.1 works fine

I hope :D

So, is there this possibility? And one more request: Is it possible to add 128Mhz clock speed?

Thank you for your time´n´work!

@csics5, your kernel & wifi files are working for me. I am using Vach 1.0.1.

Do we choose Nexus 1 in set cpu or what?

Can you undervolt the cpu?

Thank you for your work

okay, so 880 and 998 kernels work like a charm on my phone (runnning Vachounay)

I had to dig out Vach's 1.01 ROM (by Malez Recovery) and got the OC boot image to run.

But within SetCPU, I found the clock speed is running at 384, not 883, or 920. Not to mention 998.

Anyone can confirm this for me?

Nesli wrote down the truth. I have tested with benchmark programs. The results showed the performance boost.

About the framework para:

We need to dig it. I think there is a solution. I'll contact with vache.

Thanks for support. Does this new kernel add support for netfilter? Can it be used to do WIFI tethering? that will make 2.1 really great... (only Flash support to be excellent):

CPU slows down freq. = idle - to save battery - you need heavy cpu load to see max. freq.

I used CPUBenchmark to test, the same.

If anyone interested in overclocking game.

Vachounay 1.0.1 seems very OC friendly.

Here is two boot.img, both with netfilter support.

The CPU benchmark shows the growing of CPU power, the 3D performance doesn't affected notably.

I tested both in my device, works correctly. Please always do a nandroid backup before flash.

1036MHz, 1,25V http://www.4shared.com/file/L7jtLIRK/boot-...-netfilter.html

1075MHz, 1,25V http://www.4shared.com/file/i5LoSzAw/boot-...-netfilter.html

For wifi working with this kernels, the dhd.ko file here: http://www.4shared.com/file/nw755oLP/_2__dhd.html

Install:

adb remount

adb push dhd.ko /etc/wifi

Sure. Here is. I modified the touchscreen sensitivity settings also. Please don't forget the backup before flash.
