UPDATA.APP to enable official ROM images?

I saw there's a special crafted UPDATA.APP for the T-Mobile Pulse (U8220) that allows flashing of official ROM images that's not in the upgrade/downgrade path (dload_sd_ram_data_proc->(retry >= DLOAD_RETRY) failed! error), may I ask is there a possibility for this file to be created for the Pulse Mini (U8110) as well?

not totaly sure what you mean are you referring Stock rom downloads? and also i had a issue with that t-mobile ROM i sourced another one if you wont that ill post it.
