pinch to zoom and browser hanging fixed

I’ve been having problems with the streaks pinch to zoom with web browsing from the beginning moving the screen around was ok but any attempt to pinch zoom would freeze up the whole phone for maybe 20 seconds, then you would have to wait for it to recover before doing anything.

If you killed “oemgestureframework” zooming would then work fine for a while but would always come back at some point. I knew some people didn’t have this problem and some did so I thought is do a factory reset. And at the moment all seems to be working perfectly. I’ll slowly reinstall the software that I like and let you guys know if it’s anything specific that was causing a problem.
