Guest tabor56 Posted June 28, 2010 Report Posted June 28, 2010 This may sound like a stupid idea to some people, but with slower devices it would be much better to disable multitasking like the iPhone 2g and 3g does, is there any way of doing this of any projects people are working on to improve performance of older devices?
Guest giryan Posted June 28, 2010 Report Posted June 28, 2010 The thing is, the Android OS does multitasking completely differently to iOS: http://android-developers.blogspot.com/201...ndroid-way.html So it's not really as much of a big deal, or simple to do. There are task managers/autokiller apps that do what you're after, but IMHO make it worse.
