Hi Guys,

Sorry I know you have probably heard this a thousand times but...... I am new to this site and have just rooted my Hero, I need now to understand how I can get the latest updates for my device without having to wait for the cretins at Orange and HTC to get their thumb out of their asses and give us updates in a timely manner. I just need to understand the process and where I can find the necessary files.
