Guest gforums Posted June 29, 2010 Report Posted June 29, 2010 Hi there, I own my htc Desire since about two months now. The screen is protected by a ZAGG Invisible Shield. Since yesterday I registered brownish spots on the display, which are very well visible on white display areas. They are most visible along the upper and right border of the display. It looks like this: I haven't yet tried to remove the protection shield. Has anyone similiar problems with its display? Time to call the htc support for this? Thanks! gforums
Guest cinereous Posted June 29, 2010 Report Posted June 29, 2010 Looks like your ZAGG. I bet you scroll mostly on the right side, do you?
Guest gforums Posted June 29, 2010 Report Posted June 29, 2010 okay.... so I'll try to remove the shield tomorrow. Is that "usual" for a shield or the ZAGG? Not quite satisfied for an expensive product like this. Will report later the result... thanks!
Guest gforums Posted July 2, 2010 Report Posted July 2, 2010 Its the zagg! I'll write them and ask for a refund. Shouldn't happen with such an expensive foil i.m.o.
Guest gforums Posted July 12, 2010 Report Posted July 12, 2010 looks like they don't like to answer me?! :) Nearly 10 days now without an answer while ZAGG promises to answer in usual 2-3 business days...not very gentle. is there another protection skin you can recommend me? thanks!
