Have you installed the Kies application, this installs a vast amount of USB drivers to cater for the phone in all it's various states.

I'm running on W7x64 with no issues and using the Android SDK to access adb.

Oh FFS! Thank you thank you thank you! That did it. I had uninstalled Kies since it seemed useless. Flashing as we speak!

Hi Paul!

Already installed your custom ROM and everything is OK, but the Samsung Live Wallpapers (Aurora, Dandelion and Blue sea) have graphical glitches.

Do you have the same problem?

Everything seems to be working fine until I try to downloas apps from the market. They would start downloading and then say "download unsuccessful", which is a bummer... I was very exited to finaly see all my purchased apps for the first time on the Galaxy S.

Is anyone having the same problem? I tried connecting through Wifi and 3G... same result.

Fed up with pushing @ratson's market speedup XML manually, so i've now added ASE and a script to this ROM. :lol:

I will be adding a second script soon to do the 'speedup fix' too...

whats up with the Market anyways? Paul after updating to your R1 and Stall Fix, my Market got 3 times faster to access and browse, oppose to the stock rom..

Any estimated time of arrival for the 'new' rom Paul? I donwloaded everything and planned on updating tonight but if you release the new one within a day or so I'd rather wait for that.

I can confirm though that the Samsung specific live wallpapers are all messed up. graphics not rendering correctly.
