Control Pulse via Windows?

Sitting here bored in work and wondering if it is possible to control the Pulse from Windows? I know you can run ADB to access the terminal, but was trying to think of a way to create a sort of automated testing framework.

Ideally, the finished project would allow custom rom devs to fully test their releases without having to perform the tests manually.

Any ideas guys?
