Help, It can't display My religion lauguage!!

Hi, I`m new here. I found this forum just two days ago, I read many and finally managed flashed My i900.

But, all of the three roms I downloaded cannot display any Chinese while I`m a Chinese. I like the roms very much, but cannot display Chinese means I can't send SMS, cannot use any chinese as forlds' name, even contacts' name. That's the reason I turn to you guys For help!!

I figured if I could do it myself, using tools to add Chinese to the roms i like and then flash them. but I don't how, I read some guide text and tried download the toos, but some of the tools' links are out of service.

So, can you help me to do it and give me some tips on how to find the nessacery tools.
