Updating an Unlocked and Rooted N1

I have an unlocked and rooted N1 with FRF50 and recently saw the "System update available" message. I know I can't update it because it's unlocked or rooted, even tried but no dice.

How do I go about updating the FRF50 to a more current release as well as the new security update (do I need to do these separately?)

I'm a complete n00b but if you could just provide the links to these files it would be appreciated, thanks.

I assume you already have the bootloader (grey screen) and amon-ra recovery (black background with green letters)
