Device speed and slowdowns

I own a Dell Streak and a Samsung Galaxy S, both are fantastic devices in their own right and I'm currently trying to work out which to keep (if only I could afford to run both!). One of the big factors in my decision is the long term stability of the device so I am wondering how the Streak is (likely to be) affected by using an internal SD card for ROM?

keep the dell streak your be mad to go for the samsung the streaks gonna be big nothing comes close to it i have a archos 5 internet tablet which i paid £300 not long ago and now i am making the decishion to auction it off on ebay now so anyone for a good deal on a archos 5 internet tablet with extras look no further and its as new
