Help! T-Mobile are confusing me

All the T-Mobile shops near me say this phone has been cancelled.

T-Mobiles twitter says

Hi Jamie, T-Mobile receive stock on a weekly basis so the chances are good, can`t say for certain when they will be here though. Thanks

Anyone else ordered a pulse and not got it?

I ordered mine back in December last year via internet.

The only thing I can say: T-Mobile employees are just totally useless ...

No matter which questions you ask, you'll never get an satisfying answer.

I waited 2 weeks for the phone, and regarding to their website they didn't even ship it although I was already holding it in my hands :lol:

Totally useless ....

You should rather contact a magician and spent your money there than on the T-Mo hotline...

Yeh I got bored of waiting last time and just ordered one on ebay and cancelled my t-mobile order, much easier

i concur ive cancelled my order on t mobile and ordered one off amazon brand new XD

now we only need to soldier on for a few GUARANTEED days :lol:

T-Mo employees are buying the Pulses for themselves. That is why it's out of stock. That's the case in my country :lol:

Hmm, at T-Mobile Netherlands this is the only thing wich is not crap.

They even brought it earlier than expected, in the morning I recieved an email that they would deliver it that day.

Overall they delivered it very fast. Though that's the only positive thing about T-Mobile, for everything else they are useless.

I have always found t-mobile to be nice and they do try to help..

That's very very very true.

I went to t-mobile to buy the pulse in November and they told me "it will arrive next week" so i waited but nothing it never came.

So i went back and asked them again and they told me the shipment is arriving next week and we have waiting list, so i got my name on the waiting list and i was 120th person in a row.

All of that happened in my hometown which has 16000 people.

Then i got my ass to the capital city of my country to try and find the pulse there, and i found 2 of them, so i got them to contact the shop in my hometown for the paper signing and to pay the phones in Skopje and sign the contract in my hometown.

And than the real headaches begun, the shop in my hometown said that they couldn't do that, but the ppl in the shop in Skopje have confirmed that they can do that it wasn't a problem.

After 2 hours hanging in Skopje t-mo's Shop i got very very angry and frustrated and i got the phone for the people that are responsible for controlling the work in my hometown's shop, and i told them that their workers there are using their positions to giveaway the phones to their relatives and keep a phone or 2 for themselves, and i as a buyer and 7 year faithful customer have no rights at all to buy the desired phone from their shops and that i managed to find 2 phones and wanted to pay them in Skopje and sign the papers in my hometown.

Then after 20 minutes i got the phones.

When i arrived back in my hometown i found out that the ppl that work in the shop got an warning fax from the managers telling them that someone will get out of his job if they have more complains about their work.

So i guessed i wasn't the only one complaining about the work personnel, that in my country is questionable if some of them has even secondary school degree, and i base that when my second phone a Motorola v547 got blank screen, and i told them to write that the LCD is broke, they told me how do you know that, it may be the camera not the LCD in that moment i was restraining myself from laughing...

When i got the phone back in the problems/errors it was written "the phone had faulty LCD which was replaced with new".

After the bullshit i went through for the Pulse im thinking of changing operators, i may go with VIP who r bringing the HTC's in my country.

BTW, i want to know if any of you know about Google's Free Nexus One phone to every developer whose App will get minimum 3 stars reputation for 5000 downloads, and if anyone has gotten one?

if anyone is in desperate need, i'd be happy to sell you my pulse for £85. Its about 6 months old now and its got a small crack at the bottom of the screen, but you cant see that most of the time the screen's on. Perfect working condition and its currently running FLB rom. Im not trying to flog it, but just thoight i'd put it out there for anyone who wants it :)
