unlocking? Site Legit?

I cant get on the above webpage beause certain types of sites at work are blocked.

Can someone take a look?

Yes that's right. I have emailed them if by any chance they do offer unlock codes and will reply with their answer...

Yep. Unfortunately the same reply to me. No possibility for a dell streak unlock...
