An App to track a route and add pictures

Hi, I'm looking for an app that can track a cycle route I'm doing later as well be able to take pictures along the route and having them tagged to the appropriate locations (I would obviously have to leave GPS running).

At the very least, something that could record my lat/long at intervals so I could take this data and create my own google maps based site.

If you know of something that does both, then thats even better!
