Guest T39andcounting Posted July 27, 2010 Report Posted July 27, 2010 I had a similar problem... WiFi was working fine, then I tried to connect to a new hotspot and it just stopped working ("unable to start WiFi"). Only thing I could find to make it work again was a complete wipe. I wonder if an error when it connected to the access point caused a corruption in the /data/misc/wifi/wpa_supplicant.conf file, or somewhere similar. Possibly worth backing up and deleting this file?
