Phone locks up after camera use

Hey all. My Omnia recently started freezing up after using the camera. I can use the camera for pictures or video, close it normally, do anything else on the phone, lock it, etc, but when I later try to take it out of a sleep state none of the hard keys work. I either have to soft reset via the button on top or take out the battery. Any ideas before I try a hard reset (hate doing that)?

edit: well it stopped doing it so nm..
