Android "Market" tracks what you've paid for, so if you find the app in the Market again, it should be available for download again at no charge.

It was dishpointer pro I was using but when I go to search market it said the app cannot be found I know the spelling is correct as ice checked the receipt they sent me for the payment

OK, so I wonder if this is to do with the device signature that is used to filter the visible Market apps? This would be a question for the FLB ROM author, I'm afraid, I don't know enough about that side of things.

Couldn't find Upvise either... luckily it's free so I could download it somewhere from the web.

I've read about an app called 'Market Enabler'. Maybe works for these kind of things?

when you go to your market home screen right after wiping/upgrading or whatever it should have a tab downloads. in there you should find all apps you had installed prior to upgrading. all you have to do is select and download the lates version from market.

dotn do a lot of other downloads and such and it should even show any free apps you had. payed apps will allways show up in there.

It's not showing in the market for me using the original Pulse key. What rom did you run to buy the app?
