Hi,

I have a big probleme with my desire since I have setup Froyo with the custom rom of Paul. I explain whats happened...

I had my DEsire in Root with the version 1.21.163.2 and i setup the froyo custom with the recovery. Everything were allright but when my device restart after the setup of the zip, i have no acess of the SD CARD. I had a notification message told me SD CARD missing. Please replace it by a new one...

I tried my 4 SD Card and the same message appaired...

Now i can't go to the recovery pannel. The only one access for the recovery is when i pull the volume up button and the power...

I don't know what s happened and i really need some help cause i can do anything with my desire without acess to the sd card...

Thanks for your attention

Sorry for my english i am french and not really billinguage...

so you cant access the recovery then, using the volume down method, or can you, if you can what recovery are you using? fake flash or RA recovery using the usb push method. sorry for been so brunt, but not sure what you mean when you wrote

well if i doesn't recognise your sdcard then the blue recovery using the fake flash method wont work as you probably already know, maybe you have a usb brick never had one my self so cant say for definite but it might be an idea to check this out to see if its resembles any of your problems. - link - if you have not done all ready let me know how you get on.

your lucky it happened now and not before took developers about 2 weeks to come up with a way to repair the problem, even some developers them selves where getting USB bricks turned out to be a random problem hitting random people using the push recovery method. Some were unrooting and even sending there phones to HTC and apparently HTC where replacing there mother boards, which if true, even HTC didn't know how to fix the problem, anyway alls well that ends well glad you solved your problem.
