Guest mannix0514 Posted July 8, 2010 Report Posted July 8, 2010 i think my o2 needs a reprogram cause when i open the unit it always says to "Align screen" i tap the screen as it says but nothings happen, what will i do? please anyone help me... thank you..
Guest awarner Posted July 8, 2010 Report Posted July 8, 2010 What you need to do is a hard reset by the sounds of it, this will wipe the phone returning it to it's factory settings. You will have to re-enter your contacts and applications you have previously installed. Start > Settings > System tab > Clear Storage

Guest awarner Posted July 9, 2010 Report Posted July 9, 2010 If nothing happens at all when you touch the screen it is possible the digitizer has failed but that is not a common fault to my knowledge. You can but spare parts and fit the yourself depending on your technical ability otherwise it may be time to send it off for repair. I presume you do not have a warranty on the unit?
