It works but x11 take too much memory :)

if it takes too much memory u can cut off the desktop enviroinment and work on console :)

Where is install Ubuntu??? It is remote administration program VNC in work. User connect to remote Ubuntu desktop.

Not really, ubuntu runs chrooted on the phone, vnc client connects to localhost
