Hi guys im having trouble getting this installed to my phone.

Now this may be a simple issue whereby I am doing something wrong but the issue im having is, after I fastboot the Pulse and connect the USB cable to the computer, the bluescreen comes up ok but when I attempt to double click on the windows bat on my laptop, nothing happens on my mobile... a little black screen comes up on my laptop which does something for about 3 seconds but that is all.

Can anyone help as I want to d/l a custom ROM but this problem is hindering me.

This is normal on a 2.1 rom however if you are running stock 1.5 then it should display something on your device. Are you sure you have the correct drivers? (Included in the installed PCSuite)

Im sorry I forgot to mention Im running 2.1! So it is normal for nothing to happen on the blue screen when I install Amon RA with the 2.1 update?

EDIT: I have just read your fantastic guide, thanks and I think I have understand everything now, cant wait to install FLB when I get home!!!

Yeap. Nothing happens on the Pulse screen. Just remove the battery when it's finished on your PC. Press and hold menu+red key and power on.
