Could someone port this BlackBar to the latest LCR please?

No, LCR 1. 7. 2 works on Stream frameworks

LCR 1.7.2 has a better looking black status bar.

I dont really like It. It's only a very very simple black bar with nothing special. Like the background of the status bar were missing or something like that.

I'm out of home for few days, so I can't.

It is top bar from HTC Desire, look for any Desire screenshot in the Web.

Ok

By the way, only the framework file was modified, right?

Is there a way to backup the normal theme before flashing? (I mean, other than the nandroid backup)

It would be the first time for me changing the theme, so there are still a lot of things I don't know...

adb remount

adb pull /system/framework/framework-res.apk framework-res.apk

adb pull /system/framework/services.jar services.jar

Strangely adb didn't recognize my device, but I used Astro to make the backup into the SD, so no problem

could you please tell me also the step-by-step procedure to flash your theme from malez recovery?

and also the procedure to get the former white theme back (not that I think I will, it's just that I'd like to learn how that works :D )

thank you in advance for everything ;)

Copy downloaded file on /sdcard/

Go into recovery (via QuickBoot or button combination)

Go to Flash menu

Go to Select zip

Now select .zip you have downloaded

After update is done reboot the device

To restore default white, copy files you have backuped (framework-res.apk and services.jar) into /AndroidSDK/tools/

activate USB debugging on device - go to Settings/Applications/Developement

connect device to PC

run in command line:

adb remount

adb push framework-res.apk /system/framework/

adb push services.jar /system/framework/

adb reboot
