Differences between WWE and Europe ROMs

I'me new to the forum and have already rooted my Desire with the instructions provided here. Everything went smoothly and using the kitchen to bake my custom ROM was a breeze.

I'm also looking on how to unroot my desire (If I ever need to do such a thing) and found a topic with the instructions. I've been searching for a stock ROM and so far I've found what I think is the lateste available:

My questions are:

Is there any 1.21 stock ROM that it's Europe and not WWE?

What are the differences between WWE and Eruope ROM's?
