Guest AV1985 Posted July 10, 2010 Report Posted July 10, 2010 Hi, first time poster though paid member here! Ok, this is a weird one. Basically, I've got a rooted HTC Desire, with a custom Rom of Paul's. I've also got A2SD and have everything backed up to microSD. This is all on a 4gb microSD card. I just got an 8gb microSD card which I have partitioned to work with A2SD. However, when I copy all of the contents from the 4gb to the 8gb using a card reader, it doesn't copy most of my apps nor my settings and more importantly, no backups or Titanium Backup so I can't just hit restore. Anyone have any ideas how I go about solving this? Thanks in advance, AV
Guest ZiCoN Posted July 10, 2010 Report Posted July 10, 2010 You need the ext partiton copied also... Haven't tried it myself, but here's one option. Don't know if it works http://www.fs-driver.org/

Guest ascot17 Posted July 10, 2010 Report Posted July 10, 2010 1) Install Titanium Backup 2) Do a full backup withTB 3) Copy the contents of your card to a PC 4) Replace the card 5) Copy the card contents from the PC to the new SD card 6) Wipe the phone 7) Reinstall Titanium Backup 7) Do a full restore from TB

I don't NEED to copy the ext2 as long as I have TB which gives all the system apps back! Thanks, you're a star, worked perfectly!
