"WEP" is an old encryption method that can be broken.. But honestly unless you are the only person with Wifi in your country I doubt anyone would bother :) I am currently using a neighbors WPA encrypted connection that was cracked by an app kicking around :D Edited July 11, 2010 by Azurren

Guest ogiogi Posted July 11, 2010 Report Posted July 11, 2010 Try with WPA-PSK [TKIP] + WPA2-PSK [AES] i will give you more compatibility with devices. BTW is that the hungarian 2.1 you are using?
Guest dodo34 Posted July 12, 2010 Report Posted July 12, 2010 Yes i use Hungarian 2.1 . when i set this it also not work. only when i use no password it works.
Guest ogiogi Posted July 12, 2010 Report Posted July 12, 2010 Yes i use Hungarian 2.1 . when i set this it also not work. only when i use no password it works. Did you flash the additional customized_HU uppdata. It causes wifi issues.
Guest ogiogi Posted July 12, 2010 Report Posted July 12, 2010 hello, yes i flashed it. :D That might be your problem. Try and flash the Hungarian 2.1 but not the additional uppdata. Make a nandroid backup first though :)
Guest dodo34 Posted July 14, 2010 Report Posted July 14, 2010 I have now also tried other encryptions and i flashed again without the custommization_HU but it does not work. only when i disable the router password i can connect. MY router is a Netgear WNR3500L with latest firmware on it.
