Apps failing to install after nandroid restore

Last night I performed a nandroid restore and now handcent, spotify and all my gameloft games are missing, if I try to install them from either the market, apk files or via titanium backup they fail. Any idea how I can fix this?

Try to uninstall the app first before installing again.

They might look something like com.xxxxx.yyy in the application list.
