Is it possible to replace the stock Sense dock?

... without getting rid of Sense entirely, that is. I like Friendstream and the rest but the dock is... crap, frankly.

I'd love to get rid of it and have something like the LauncherPro dock instead.

Is it possible to do that? Or is there already something like that out there?

Yeah, but preferably something that can be customised, or at least has more than three options on it. Or maybe, you know, one that just looks exactly like the LauncherPro one :angry:

I take it from that mod that it is actually possible then. That's good.

this is something im looking for too, im searching the net everyday, cant find anything yet. I would really like the dock from LauncherPro to go with the sense widgets , then my htc desire would be complete,,,

I'm sure loads of people would love it. The Sense widgets are the only thing keeping me from going over to LauncherPro anyway and I know I'm not alone in that. Be great to blend aspects of the two.

Wish somebody would do it. I'd even pay for it, and it's not often I say that!

i moved to vanilla today and got rid of sense and ive seen a huge decrease in battery usage. I used to love the htc sense widgets but it seems they are a huge drain on my battery life. Theres no denying they look good though

which vannila rom did you choose ? im currentley testing Defrosts Rom... but i miss sense widgets to much, looking for a Sense rom 2.2 with gps working
