Desire hangs on startup

Hi @ all,

I am little bit new at Android OS.. So having problems with bricked ROMs. Got a Phone from a Friend who tried to flash with Custom ROM.

Now the Problem is that the Desire wont Startup. I just see the Startup Logo and nothing more.. I have find some Threads here but all HOWTO's need Goldcard which i cant do while the Phone will not startup :S

Any clue which HOWTO should i follow to flash Original ROM on it to get it worked and unbranded?

Additional Info

on Fastboot if i try to flash the ROM it will update from 1.19 to 1.21 and the end i get the WRONG ID ERROR

Can you get into recovery??

I've had a few bad flashes using Clockwork myself, usually always ended up being a bad copy from PC to Phone of the ROM. All I'd do would boot into fakeflash, mount the SDCard, adb push the file, unmount SDCard, remount it, and then flash again. All works fine then!

Mounting SDCard with this tutorial will not help me?!

I can find where it should enable the SDCard or mount it..

Could you give me a tutorial for it?
