Guest dennerjw Posted July 16, 2010 Report Posted July 16, 2010 Nice! For text selection, long press in text box and drag your finger over what you want to select. A bit finnicky though as there is no dpad or trackball. To move the cursor, touch where you want it in the text box. Also finnicky as you need to be very precise to get the cursor where you want it.

Guest Delnar_Ersike Posted July 16, 2010 Report Posted July 16, 2010 I second this thread: my Acer Liquid A1 has been running Piter's modded 1.100.15 ROM (more stable than OC'ed LCR 1.7.x IMO) @ 998.4Mhz for more than a week now, and it has never crashed on me. Granted, there have been a few cases of kernel panics when I boot the phone, but once it's up and running, it stays up and running. Oh, and it's been 38 Celsius for 4 days straight in my area. If you want to increase your battery life even more, try setting SetCPU to lower the max frequency at 50% battery and 25% battery, with the latter also going to powersave instead of ondemand. Sure, it might not be running at 1Ghz all the time, but it extends your battery when you're running out.
