You need linux machine with yaffs support installed and then mount .img.

i have take system.img from SDCAAPZ folder of acer download tool...

edit: it is possible that acer download tool change system.img IN THE PHONE after flashed it??

Acer has added a header for each *.img in SDCAAPZ folder. If you used a hex editor you will find

that system.img begin with acersystM or the boot.img begin with acerboot.

So yes "acer download tool change system.img" BEFORE flashing it in the phone.

You need to remove this extra header but i don't know how many byte you need to remove.

If you know what is the beginning of a yaffs filesystem, then remove all the garbage before it.

You can't extract boot.img with unyaffs, only system.img and data.img
