i want to put this rom on my phone but im having some problems

i had 1.5 > i innstalled official uk 2.1 update > i installed amon recovery > tried flashing the rom but the verification failed

Hope you mean the Hungarian 2.1 update as there isn't a UK 2.1 update yet.

Your problems really sound like you have a bad SD card. Have you tried giving this a full format from the recovery? Use the option to partition SD and choose nothing for swap, nothing for ext and let it create the fat partition. Copy the zip again and try to flash. If it still gives errors please type the full error into a post here.

i was following the "ultimate pulse owners guide" so which ever official 2.1 that was, was the one i installed

ok ill try everything again. i installed my drivers but whenever i plug in my phone theres still one driver thats needed "T-Mobile 3G Phone" cant find the driver anywhere

i did what you told me to and same thing happends

install from sd card..

finding update package..

opening update package..

verifying update package..

also when i try and wipe dalvik - cache and SD: ext partition it tells me to use adb.. dont know if thats o\part of the problem.. please help, i just wanna sleep knowing that i have a rom on my phone..

Try connect the phone to charger. Maybe your battery is low.

okay so can someone please talk me through how to install this ROM. and are there any programs that i can use to back up my phones apps, contacts etc..

This is exactly the same problem as i am having here Bad to Worse

Both of those are symptoms of a faulty SD card. Try using another one.

I have tried 3 different sd cards 2 x 8gb's and a 2gb that came with the phone and i get the same messages on all three.

Try re-downloading the update zip. Or try unpacking it on your pc, it should decompress with no errors.

Is that doesn't work then leave it for a few days until I get back home and I'll be able to check and re-upload the rom.

That's an app.

It makes a list of all the apps you have installed.

Once you flashed the ROM install Titanium again and it will reinstall all the apps :angry:

I think there is no way to backup and restore your data/settings though =/

when ever i try and flash zip from sd card "flbmod_v1.0beta5.1"

i get this error

i dont know what to do im following the ultimate pulse owners guide and im also following fibblesans instructions on how to install the rom he told me to wipe everything but when i try and wipe the data/factory rest its successful but when i move onto the dalvik cache

its says

Writing Dalviv-cache : .

Error : Run 'wipe dalvik' via adb!

and when i try and wipe SD:ext partition it says the same thing..

Wiping ext filesystem : .

Error : Run 'wipe ext' via adb

guys i really dont know what to do.. please help. i bought a new sd card and this problem is still carrying on..
