Feature Request: show 2nd card like in cyanogenmod

Hi,

I had Cyanogenmod on my old Android. Do savely handle A2SD, the section "Settings->SD Card" was changed by CM compared to stock:

- The space on the 2nd partition is shown

- Removal of the card is not possible by an option (might confuse the system when critical apps are running on SD while the card is removed)

Can you integrate this part of the code, too?

How can I see in your MCR

- how much space is left on the ext partition

- where an app is installed?

Additionally, I am wondering why under Settings->Applications->Manage Applications the "On SD card" area is emtpy though I know that I have apps (via A2SD+) on the card.
