which custom kernel for the liquid is better ?

For LCR1.7 998MHz:

The second one is better since it provides more voltage required for the overclock.

You should try a lower frequency, 1 GHz isn't stable on every Liquid

the 1st "stock" custom kernel with 998 Mhz is stable on my liquid (tested with benches and google earth)
