get powertop working in LCR and maybe other custom ROMs

This is how I got powertop working in LCR

I pulled libncurses.so from Cyanogenmod 5 to be pushed into /system/lib, and then typed in the following into Terminal

export TERMINFO=/system/etc/terminfo

export TERM=linux

powertop

run as root if you want more info...
