Guest RJ84 Posted July 20, 2010 Report Posted July 20, 2010 Hi, I updated my Pulse to 2.1 today - using this method; http://android.modaco.com/content/t-mobile...e/#entry1318835 - everything went great but I'm just wondering if there is anyway to get Block Breaker Deluxe back, it was a game built into the phone when I bought it. Probably stupid but I thought it would still be there after the update  TY Sorry if this has already been asked.

Probably stupid but I thought it would still be there after the update  TY Sorry if this has already been asked. Part of the update process is wiping the phone. All apps are lost. In the case of apps bought through the market, they can be freely downloaded again. Things obtained from elsewhere will have to be sourced from wherever you originally got them (your phone provider may provide download links.) If not, you may be able to get it back by restoring to your original ROM (if you still have access to it, or a backup), then backing up the APK for the application before installing the new version and then re-installing the APK. The ultimate pulse owners guide (sticky thread) should show you how to restore to 1.5 based roms.
