So after the 1.100.39 Acer is delivering the 1.100.09...

Currently downloading it. Hope that it will be faster than .39 even if LCR solves these perfs issues :-)

Give us some feedback ppl, cant mess around with the liquid while at work (why oh why)

How does it compare to the 1.100.39 & 1.100.13 (UK)? As pure ROM i mean (No mods , LCR etc). Any answer greatly appreciated

Niceeee  Thanx for sharing that mate. Is it that obvious then? How about RAM? .39 was much better than .05, at least from what i noticed. I think ill be doin some flashin later on when at home.. Anyone to verify this?

Trying to flash .09 over .39, gets to the screen before starting the upgrade (current image: N/A new image: OS_Acer_1.100.09.EMEA.GEN1_A21E_A) but the 'next' button is greyed out... The phone is connected.. Anyone??

EDIT: Nevermind, foolish me.. solved

OK, finally download completed and the file is good.

After 12h of running stock rom here are my first feelings:

Run smoother than .39, nothing in common with this last release, with no tuning at all!

Main functionalities are ok: SMS reading fast, cars's handfree bluetooth OK,wifi ok...

What is still not good is gallery behaviour which is quite slow sometime and unpredictable.

I'm looking forward in installing Malez recovery and LCR, if the difference is has big between stock .39 and LCR on .39, my liquid will be transformed in a Spaceship! :-)

What I still wonder, (maybe the answer is somewhere on the forum) is what is the impact of installing superboot, changing the kernel for overclocking and installing LCR...What will remain of the .9 Acer's rom ?

Superboot with stock kernel has no impact, it's the same kernel of original boot image.

Custom kernel (overclocked or not) isn't actually good as this stock kernel in terms of battery consumption, but may have overclocking and extra features (netfilter etc etc).

For LCR, just look at that thread :(
