My fastweb desire

Hi everyone.

I'm a new user of this great forum and I am an italian guy so excuse me for my "imperfect english". Also, I'm newbie with the HTC Desire, I've received it 1 week ago: it's an HTC Desire taken with FASTWEB (italian mobile company).

Now, I've made the mod with unrevoked, everything went fine. I've installed The ROM sensefroyo_v1.0c.zip taken from xda forum (http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=726300), everything went fine. I've superuser rights, and I've installed some apps from this forum with bar code (very cool).

Now, I've tried the guide for changing bootscreen listed in this forum but it doesn't work.

When the desire starts I see for 20seconds the FASTWEB image, then I see the ANDROID gif for 10 sec and the the desire starts.

How can I do to delete that FASTWEB image on start?
