With new phone means new accessories

So, I've now got the Galaxy S, and I now need to go get the usual gumf to go with it...

Can anyone recommend the following:

1) Phone holder for the car (not cheap and nasty 'universal' ones of ebay, ones designed to do the job right!)

2) FM Transmitter, so I can use my phone as an mp3 player.

3) Decent in-car charger

4) Either nice case or decent protection for the phone.

Not sure about where to get them, but make sure you get a car charger which is fused (the really cheap ones often don't). I have heard plenty of stories of in car chargers messing up devices..
