avrcp 1.3

Can anyone that has a streak and stereo that supports bluetooth avrcp 1.3 tell me if the streak has avrcp 1.3 capabilities? With my phone right now I can just pause music, but if this phone has that feature Ill be able to see the track playing and go to the next track etc. Im hoping it has it, but even if it does not it may be able to be upgraded with just a software upgrade like the iphone was.
