Change A8181 Baseband

Hi,

I live in Brazil and I bought a Desire A8181 on France.

As the 3G radio frequency on A8181 is 2100 its not working on my carrier in Brazil (850Mhz).

Is there any way to flash the A8183 radio rom on a A8181? Or change the Baseband? (sorry if I'm saying stupid things).

My phone is unlocked and unbranded and its not rooted.
