I have a serious problem with google.android.apps.maps FC;s coming up all the time out of nowhere.

I haven't used maps at all when it happens (it triggers "itself" in some way) and it comes up very often.

It can happen in the middle of a game where I have to press OK so that the message goes away and then it may come back 5 seconds later.

Very annoying, making it unusable in games at times.

I have the latest .39 and LCR 1.72.

Had the same problem with .05 and LCR 1.71 too....

The only way to stop it occuring is to turn off internet connections completelly, i.e no wifi or no 3G or 2G and that isn't really an option...

Clear data and dalvik-cache on it?

I have the same issue. Have cleared the cache. Using LCR 1.8

Really annoying

Disabling the WiFi when out of range of my configured Access Point solved this.

Below is part of my syslog
