Replacement Dell beta Unit has different Build/Baseband

I received a replacement beta unit from Dell/Runtex. This one came with the Congress Mile backgrounds, shortcuts to different vendors (Adidas, MBZ) and a different build than my first one. Here is the info from the about phone.

Baseband version: GAUSB1A110700-US

Kernel Version: 2.6.29-perf

OEM Version: GAUSB1A110700

Build NUmber: 4399

My original two beta units had Build 3562. No O2 or carrier branding.
